faulty air conditioningcramped room
The air conditioning was a problem. It didn't seem to work properly. i reported it, but the staff kept insisting it was fine, even though the room was quite warm. also, the room felt a bit cramped. it wasn't what i expected for the price i paid.

fresh breakfastfriendly staffhot room
the breakfast was fresh , with great quality options. the staff was friendly , always helpful. i received a room upgrade to a corner room on the 5th floor , it had two balconies. this room was so lovely , it enhanced the entire stay.
the air conditioning was not functioning properly , resulting in a hot room. i was told it was working , this. eventually , i received a small refund for the trouble.

inconsistent air connon-functional controls
the air conditioning was inconsistent. controls did not seem functional within my room, and this lasted for my entire stay of three nights. i reported this promptly, yet the hotel took no action.
